The free check-up

The 20-minute AI check-up is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. Submitting the form asks Clifton to review your answers and contact you to set a time. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign when you send the request.

Paid work

If you later hire Gila Valley AI, the scope, schedule, and price are what you and Clifton agree on for that work. Details on the website are a general description and may change. Nothing on this site is a quote until Clifton confirms it with you.

No promised results

Gila Valley AI does not guarantee leads, sales, savings, time saved, or any other business outcome. What happens in your business depends on your work, your tools, and your customers. If a number or example appears anywhere in conversation, treat it as an illustration, not a promise.

Your accounts and your team

AI assistants are set up on your accounts when you hire that service. You and your staff approve drafts before anything is sent to customers. The aim is to take repetitive office work off your team so they have time for customers and skilled work, and to avoid hiring for a new office role — not to replace the people you already have. Subscriptions for tools you use are paid by you directly to each provider.

What you should not send

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, card or bank numbers, or sensitive customer records through the website or chat. The check-up and portal are not the place for that information.
