Which AI tools do you use?
Mainly Grok Bots: AI assistants you own, set up in your own account and connected to your own email, calendar, and Google Drive, that handle everyday office tasks and follow the rules you give them. For Facebook and Instagram, I may also set up Meta's own AI tools, like Muse, which can connect to your Page, Instagram, and ad account to see what's working and draft posts and campaigns for your approval. If another AI tool fits a job better, I'll tell you. These tools don't all plug into each other, so I set them up to work side by side on your accounts, and I teach you how to use each one.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send an email or a text, you can use your bots. I teach you and your staff step by step, in plain English, and leave you with simple written notes.
Will my bots send emails without me knowing?
No. Your bots draft replies and posts for you to read, and you approve before anything is sent. You set the rules for what they can do.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your bots are set up on your own accounts, and you can change passwords or switch them off at any time.
Is my information safe?
Your bots live in your own account, not mine. You control what they can see and do, and we decide together which accounts to connect. They draft, and you approve before anything is sent. My advice: keep sensitive records like Social Security numbers and bank logins out of them.

What's the difference between the packages?
The $500 AI Jumpstart is one hands-on session where we set up your first AI assistant together, and it's credited toward the Starter if you book within 30 days. The $1,950 Starter covers your first AI assistants, 3 bot routines, hands-on training, and your first month of Keep It Running support free. Office Autopilot ($3,900) is a team of bots with 5 to 6 routines across email, scheduling, customer replies, reminders, and admin, with staff training and 1 month of Support included. Just need one new job for your bot? A single routine or skill is $600, and connected routines start at $1,000. Extra coaching or help is optional at $300/hour, prepaid, or a 3-hour block for $1,000. Want your phone answered? The AI Receptionist is a separate, connected add-on.
Do I need monthly support?
No, it's optional. The goal is for you to run your bots yourself. Support is there if you want me to keep them running and teach you new tricks. Plans start at $149/month (Keep It Running), with Support at $375/month and AI Partner at $900/month. All are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Compare support plans.
What happens on the free AI check-up?
About 20 minutes of talking through how your week runs. I'll point out the chores your bots could take on first, then send you a short list by email. No pressure to buy anything.
What if AI isn't worth it for my business?
Then I'll say so on the check-up. Not every business needs this right now, and I'd rather be honest than sell you something you won't use.
Will it replace my office staff?
That's not the goal. I teach your staff to use the bots too, so the copy-and-paste, reminder, and first-draft work comes off their plate and they can spend more time on customers.
Can you build a website for my business?
Yes. My Website + Launch Marketing package is a flat $2,750, or $1,250 for a one-page template site. I build a custom, mobile-friendly site with your services, area, hours, and contact info, help with your web address and business email, and add a contact form that sends inquiries to your AI assistant. I'll also show you how your bots can help draft posts and keep the site up to date. It also includes a month of Facebook and Instagram marketing: setting up your Page and business profile if needed, a month of posts, and a local ad campaign I set up and manage for 30 days, with a simple results summary at the end. The site is up to 5 pages with 2 rounds of revisions. Payment is half to start and half at launch, before ads go live. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta, and we'll pick a budget together. I can't promise a certain number of customers, but you'll see exactly what your ads did. Can my bots answer the phone?
Your Grok Bots don't make or take calls on their own. If you want calls answered, the AI Receptionist is a separate, connected add-on: a phone voice agent from a provider such as ElevenLabs that I set up for you. It's $1,500 to set up plus $349/month with a set number of call minutes included. If the provider's own subscription isn't covered, you pay the provider directly, and I'll show you that cost before you decide. Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and billed in advance. If you want to stop, just give me 30 days' notice.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is always separate. You pay Meta (Facebook/Instagram) directly from your own ad account, so you can see exactly what you spend. I recommend starting around $5 to $10 a day.
What happens after my website launches?
You can keep it simple with Website Care ($75/month for hosting, security, backups, and small fixes), or add a monthly marketing plan starting at $750/month. Website updates and edits beyond your plan are $300/hour. Website Care is included free with any marketing plan. See the monthly plans.
I want to start a business. Can you help me get set up?
Yes. My Business Launch package starts at $5,500 and covers your website, Google Business Profile, business email and phone, and your bots set up from day one to help handle your office work, with training so you can run them yourself. Every new business is different, so I'll give you a fixed quote after a free check-up. I'm not a lawyer or an accountant, so for registrations, licenses, and taxes I'll help you get organized and know who to ask.
